Italian shipyard Rossinavi has announced the sale of a this new 70 metre ice class certified superyacht. Her sophisticated exterior and interior lines designed for remote, ice destinations, are signed by Team for Design, while the naval architecture is by Arrabito Naval Architects.
King Shark will be able to navigate in extreme ice conditions, including the Arctic. The vessel has been conceived and developed with an emphasis on yachting lifestyle, in order to satisfy the owner’s desire both for the warm waters of the Caribbean and for the sub-zero conditions of Antarctica.
The vessel is designed to accomodate up to 12 guests in six cabins along with 17 crew members. Among her main key-points, King Shark features electric propulsion. With a gross tonnage of 1560, King Shark will be able to navigate at a max speed of 17 knots with a range of more than 6,000nm at 15 knots.
King Shark will be registered under Rina and Lloyd naval registry.
