Benetti has signed the enterprise bargaining agreement for the facility in Livorno for the 2016/2019 period. The contract was signed unanimously with the local trade unions, which expresses the positive attitude towards the development plan for the following years.
The main items faced by the parties:
– the expansion of the shipyard in the gigayacht segment (over 70m);
– investments for over 15 mln euro in infrastructures, organization, safety and security, improvement of the product, services (in particular refit and repair) and processes.
The contract also includes a plan for the hiring of new specialised staff and for a better job flexibility.
