Videoworks, eager to fulfill to the utmost its clients’ requests in yacht-related fields such as A/V system integration, domotics and lights, has decided to create a new Service focused division: the YACHT SERVICE DIVISION.
This division will be entrusted to Alessio Musetti who, after working as a System Engineer at Videoworks for years, will be appointed as the new Yacht Service Director.
The new Yacht Service Division will include three joint service areas: • Telephone post-sale assistance (under guarantee or not) • Management of scheduled manteinance deals • Refitting management
Post-sale assistance, which starts after the onboard system testing, is available 24/7 and guarantees a responsive first aid. Francesco Fossati continues to be the head of this service, as he is the reference point for the Service Point worldwide, which will be expanded by spring, 2018.
Now, Alessio Musetti and his new service will manage deals no longer under guarantee, in addition to refitting.
The new Videoworks’ Yacht Service Division will provide non-stop assistance service starting from the first system installation to the latest refitting, with the possibility for a system upgrade or adjustment during the yacht’s lifetime.
