[dropcap]O[/dropcap]vermarine Group announced the sale of the fifth Maxi Open yacht in the Mangusta 110 series.
Mangusta’s commercial director Francesco Frediani commented: “The American owner already knew our brand but fell in love with it during his summer holidays in the Mediterranean”.
The Shipyard’s Interiors Department is already working side by side with the Owner to select furniture, décor and furnishings that will fully meet his taste.
This unit will feature a typically American layout, with a configuration maximizing onboard functionality and user friendliness.
The water-jet propulsion enables an elegant and noiseless glide on the water, without the slightest vibrations: equipped with a gyroscopic stabilization system, it can ensure the utmost comfort both at anchor and when cruising in all sea conditions.
Easy to manoeuvre by joystick, the yacht is fitted with the dynamic positioning function, which means it will maintain a set position by interfacing with the GPS system and the onboard anemometers. A second control station is located on the sundeck.
The Mangusta 110 is the ideal yacht with MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, a maximum speed of over 33 knots and limited draught (1.70 meters, or 5’ 6”), making it perfect for the yachting havens of Florida and the Bahamas, where cruising in shallow waters is essential.
Delivery is expected in 2020.
