The Fort Lauderdale-based brokerage company, Denison Yachting, has been appointed central agency for the new series “ABOVE & BEYOND”, two custom explorer yachts designed by Bannenberg & Rowell, to be built by Turquoise Yachts. The 65-metre and 80-metre projects will be available as new construction opportunities exclusively with Denison, with ABOVE already on the market and BEYOND set to be introduced in the coming months.
Emerging as the culmination of years of planning, ABOVE & BEYOND are truly bespoke global explorers, merging timeless designs with all of the advanced features expected on a custom new construction project. Each project is unique but draws from common profile lines, interior styling and décor.
ABOVE & BEYOND marry the expertise of two industry titans: the Turkish yachting build experts at Turquoise Yachts and the British design pace-setters at Bannenberg & Rowell.

Countless Design Options – As Simon Rowell, Creative Director at Bannenberg & Rowell explains: “These projects are two finely-honed explorers, the bones of which have already been designed with care and attention. The soft boundaries to interior walls create sightlines and long architectural views and we have included numerous options for entertaining and sociable dining experiences for groups of all sizes”.
Stepping on board, ABOVE offers a seven cabin layout for up to 14 guests, with six generous guest staterooms situated on the main deck. Her master suite is located above on the owner’s deck and comes complete with its own private study, dressing room and ensuite, offering uninterrupted 270° panoramic views.

Outstanding features on board these truly custom superyachts could include an expansive beach club – better described as a ‘wellness area’ than a simple beach club – set up with a sauna, steam shower, massage room, gymnasium and lounge area. Fold down balconies would complement the gym and beach club, with the massive glass-bottomed pool on the main deck aft flooding natural light into the space below.
The main deck lounge area boasts a full-service bar, sitting area, relaxation area and balconies on each side. As an added advantage, once the transom door is opened and the balconies are in use, this offers a flexible space which can be harnessed using endless configurations by her builder.
Top-Level Service and Performance – Maximising ease of operation and flow between decks for her 17 crew was a key priority when designing the vessel’s layout to guarantee top service levels for guests. An elevator services the sundeck, owner’s deck and main deck and crew also benefit from a substantial pantry on each deck, a commercial grade galley with extensive cold storage and a walk in refrigerator and freezers for extended cruising, a walk-in pantry, laundry facilities, a crew gym and oversized crew mess.
Performance-wise, twin Caterpillar 3512C 1500 kW engines would power the approx. 1,400 GT ABOVE to reach a top speed of 16 knots and she cruises comfortably at 12 knots, with a cruising range of 4,500 nautical miles. She would also come equipped with Naiad AtRest® or Quantum Zero Speed stabilisers.

Scaling New Heights – Denison superyacht broker, Alex G. Clarke, who represents the project, commented: “One of my favourite features of these projects is the ‘Crow’s Nest’, which is a custom designed moving platform by Bannenberg & Rowell that climbs the height of the mast, allowing for 360 degree views. Imagine using this feature when cruising the polar regions, or docked in Port Hercule for the Monaco Grand Prix.”

He continues: “This, for me, summarizes the goal of ABOVE & BEYOND: Two projects which are uniquely their own, aimed at inspiring an adventurous buyer who wants the absolute best and to go ‘above and beyond’ to create a truly custom build. We hope this captures your imagination and would be delighted to help you make your vision become reality. From our side, working with the incredibly knowledgeable builders at Turquoise Yachts is always a pleasure. Combining this with the Bannenberg & Rowell pedigree, what could be more of a dream team than this?”
With a slated year of completion in 2028, the asking price for these projects is upon application.
