CRN has launched a new bespoke steel and aluminium yacht, Project C138, to be delivered as M/Y RIO. The new 62-metre creation, sold by Alex Heyes & David Westwood of TWW Yachts, was designed and built by the Italian shipyard in close collaboration with design and architecture studio Omega Architects, who created the exterior concept, and designers Pulina Exclusive Interiors for the styling inside.
At 62 metres long and 11.2 metres in the beam, this 4-deck superyacht can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in the Owner’s suite and the 5 guest suites. These are comprised of 2 full-beam VIPs – one on the main deck forward, the other on the lower deck – and 3 suites on the lower deck – 2 doubles and a twin – served by an elevator to all decks.
M/Y RIO is an entirely bespoke opus with a strong artisanal stamp, an elegant yet supremely sporty vessel with flowing hull lines and a near-vertical bow.
Numerous aspects have been carefully conceived to offer the owner family a cruising experience together like no other, in a world of freedom and privacy: the discerning distribution and quality of the spaces, with generous indoor and outdoor living areas; a superb wellness lounge and fitness area in the beach club; and the exclusive Owner’s deck, a great oasis of intimacy that can also be enjoyed as a social zone.
Like all CRN pleasure yachts, the new 62-metre M/Y RIO in under construction in Ancona, Italy, at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard, whose core values include a deep commitment to sustainability, geared to reducing the environmental impact of the production processes. Important examples of this approach in action are the trigeneration and solar-power systems which have helped to cut the yard’s heat and power consumption, by 32% and 79% respectively.
M/Y RIO is an expression of CRN’s in-depth expertise and its design and build quality, another unique work of art by the Ancona yard that reflects and celebrates her owner’s personality and vision to the full.
