With both interiors and exteriors designed by the Milano-based Hot Lab design studio, Nina is the name of Heesen’s latest project, just unveiled at the 56th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. A new and exciting 38-metre design from Heesen Yachts, build on the proven semi-displacement hull form.
Sporty and dynamic, the aluminium hull can reach a top speed of 23 knots powered by twin MTU engines. For optimal trim and stabilisation, Humphree Active Interceptors are fitted as standard, but at-anchor stabilisation is also an option.
Hot Lab has taken the classic Heesen look and refreshed it by maximising window space and open-air deck areas for owners to enjoy stunning sea views. The upper deck aft has been extended to create room for a 6 metre jet tender and water toys.
The sun deck is shaded by the Bimini hard top for casual, open-air dining with grill and bar area. The area can be accessed both internally from the bridge deck and via a special collapsible stairs from the upper aft deck.
The idea behind Nina is as simple as it is elegant: combining the best of the semi-displacement hull form of her predecessors with a unique, luxurious new identity. At every level, inside and outside, our master craftsmen and designers went above and beyond to make this yacht as exciting as the destinations she takes her owners.
On the lower deck there is a lazarette with day head and shower that can be turned into a cosy beach club. Creating the perfect waterside oasis for owners and guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Water sports enthusiasts can also use this area of the yacht for storing yet more water toys. With plenty of possibilities, Nina’s outdoor features make her a highly versatile yacht.
MAIN SALOON DINING The main saloon dining has a bright, contemporary atmosphere designed with great care by Hot Lab. The finest materials are used to give the dining a unique decorative style. Offering room to enjoy a first class dinner in the company of friends and family, Nina’s lavish interior leaves nothing to be desired.
OWNER’S STATEROOM – The Owner’s stateroom offers the same beautifully crafted interior design as Nina’s main saloon, using the very best materials and fabrics. The windows allow an abundance of natural light inside for a distinguished and modern atmosphere with an airy, relaxing vibe. The stateroom is a complete mini apartment with study, full-beam suite, large walk-in wardrobe and a generous bathroom with shower and bathtub.
GUEST SUITE – The lower deck layout is designed to be as comfortable and functional as possible. The guest accommodation consists of four generous cabins, all with en-suite facilities. Despite being just 38 metres in length overall, the beam is almost 8 metres. This provides the interior with the necessary volume to keep the crew areas separate from the guest areas to ensure a smooth crew circulation and plenty of privacy.
