[dropcap]R[/dropcap]ossinavi has today announced the sale of Project FR039, Florentia. The new 5m boat has been designed in collaboration with Giorgio & Stefano Vafiadis for the exteriors and with Carlo Colombo/A++ for the interior styling. Delivery is expected in 2020.
“With Florentia we are back finally to build a boat over 52 meters with more than 500GT. Steel hull and aluminum superstructure. Florentia is positioned in a market nice for people who appreciate yacht with balanced lines and a great attitude to traditional boating”, says Federico Rossi.
Giorgio & Stefano Vafiadis, the exterior designers of Florentia, start an exciting new collaboration with Rossinavi on a very exclusive new build project. The design of Florentia will be timeless with fluid and elegant exterior lines. The aim of their design is to create “a new milestone in the yachting industry for Rossinavi. An elegant beauty that will never get old and satisfy all of her owner’s dreams”.
Rossinavi describes the Florentia interior design project as “an experience, a story to be told, a story wrote by Carlo Colombo and A++ Design Studio from Lugano”. The soft lines of the architecture molds with precious materials aim to create a unique and refined boat. The “Be-spoke” interior design is created with intense use of soft lines. The scope of this design has been to design spaces and connections inspired by the forms of nature combined with the touch of technology and extended research in the usability of design.
This multiscenic approach leads to the creation of a symbiotic language, a single strong new language that characterize every yacht design line. The main staircase is the sculptural heart of the boat. The impressive element is the real focus of the project where warm colors, leather and light wood connect perfectly to create a sought-after and elegant element. The plastic design of the staircase continues beyond the staircase area, and finds its greatest expansion in the master bedroom, where the sinuousness that draw the head of the bed, the detail of the flooring and the ceiling, identifying strongly the whole environment. A mirrored ring placed in the center of the room brings the reflection of the sea inside the room, creating a unique and magical experience. The wardrobe integrates perfectly inside the room where the accessory vanes rotate inside a metal frame to unveil only when needed.
