[dropcap]S[/dropcap]YM Superyacht Management has announced that “Project FB603” by Benetti has been sold. The successful negotiation, who was followed by SYM managing director Ben Young on behalf of the owner, is the result of a very thorough year-long research project alongside the owners’ trusted Captain.
SYM team spent this year carefully examining the highly competitive worldwide 50-metre segment. This included visiting several prominent shipyards to properly understand all elements of the design process, layout, construction, quality and allocation of space to the all-important guest areas.
With a fully customisable design, the third B.Now 50M yacht M/Y “Project FB603” featuring steel hull and aluminium superstructure, is designed in collaboration with UK design firm RWD with an emphasis on flowing, uninterrupted lines and on the layout that is developed through newly designed exterior contours, welcoming a brand-new nautical design.
B.Now 50M offers 6 cabins for 12 guests and 6 cabins for 10 crew members. Conceived for people who adore being outdoors in the sunshine close to the water in a casual and contemporary atmosphere, without compromising on comfort and privacy, this is a unique Benetti with flowing lines, elongated glazing on all decks and a vertical bow. The main deck blends seamlessly with the panoramic Pool lounge while the entire bow area on the Upper Deck, which is at the owner’s full disposal, gives masses of external space. With unique access to the sea, the 36 square meters Beach Club, which seems like an extension of the aft deck, has stunning transparent stern pool.
Scheduled for delivery in 2022, “Project FB603” will be available for select charters in the Western Mediterranean.
Ben Young, Managing Director of SYM commented: “It has been a real pleasure to work with such experienced owners in finding the perfect yacht for their requirements in the highly competitive 50-metre new build sector. The entire SYM team looks forward to work with the owner’s Captain and alongside Benetti as we develop the project from the keel up – she is going to be truly magnificent”.
